ANDREW MONGELLUZZI
FOUNDING ATTORNEY
Andrew J. Mongelluzzi focuses his practice on business and commercial law with an emphasis on small business dispute resolution and contract law matters. Andrew brings a diverse legal and professional background to the practice. He spent more than 10 years as in-house counsel for one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the country where his duties focused on contract negotiations, business transactions, commercial disputes, employment issues, and risk management.
Additionally, Andrew worked for 7 years as a MLBPA Certified Player Agent representing more than 40 professional baseball players in contract and endorsement negotiations. The preparation and strategies involved in the professional negotiation of multi-million dollar player contracts has been instrumental in negotiating successful outcomes for private clients. Additionally, Andrew Mongelluzzi learned a great deal about representing small businesses while creating and operating two separate new ventures within the past 10 years.
The experience of creating, marketing and financing your own business along with the unique challenges and personal risk(s) associated with starting your own business, have provided a valuable prospective that leads to a better understanding of client issue. Andrew received his B.S. from Florida State University and went on to get his JD/MBA (Law Degree/Masters in Business) from Stetson University College of Law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2001.
